Sea of Galilee

Sea of Galilee, in Hebrew, The Kineret, is definitely not a sea, but this is a small lake full with views and history.

The sea of Galilee is the only natural fresh water source in Israel so everyone here loves to check the water level, but we will enjoy the view and follow Jesus and the bible.
Our day will start in 'Mount of Beatitudes' where the traditional site of the "sermon on the mount" (Matthew 5: 3-12) this is a beautiful spot the absorb the views. From there we will move on to Capernaum, the entrance sign to this ancient town says: "The hometown of Jesus" we will try to understand how that can be right as we discover the Archaeology of an ancient synagogue and the house of Peter.
A short drive will take as to Tabgha, a traditional location to the of the Feeding the multitude with loaves and fish inside the church there is one of the most famous mosaics in Israel, next by a church dedicated to Peter's primacy, both are resting on the water of the sea of Galilee.
We will visit Magdala, the hometown of Mary Magdalene, walking through the ancient ruins, a one-of-a-kind synagogue and a beautiful church viewing the sea.
If you wish to do so, we can end our tour taking a peaceful and beautiful boat cruise sailing on the water of the sea of Galilee.
